This means better-coordinated drawing sets, fewer inconsistencies across sheets, and documentation that your builder, architect, and certifier can rely on. For commercial retail clients with tight delivery timelines, working from a single coordinated model makes a measurable difference.
Biming works to LOD 300 as standard, the level required for coordinated construction documentation and builder-ready drawing sets. LOD 400 fabrication details and LOD 500 as-built documentation are available on request as part of an extended scope. LOD is defined in accordance with the BIMForum Level of Development Specification.
